Four Tribes employs a highly experienced team of Estimators, Project Management, and Field personnel with decades of government construction experience. In addition to the agencies referenced below, our personnel have also worked with USACE (Savannah, Mobile, Norfolk), DoD, DHS, GSA (Regions 4, 8, 11), HHS, DOL, NIH, NIST and others. Below are a few of the current and recent projects Four Tribes has completed.

 

MCRC Brooklyn, Complete Building Renovation, Phase I and II

This project invloved the complete interior renovation of the Marine Corps Reserve Center in Brooklyn, NY. This building was occupied by approximately 1,000 marines and needed to be renovated to accommodate 1,500 marines. Renovations to this two-story building included roof repairs, mechanical renovations, and complete MEP/Fire/Data/Communication changes. In addition, the project included abatement, an increase to the ceiling height throughout the building, and all fit and finish work to complete the renovation.

FE Warren AFB, Renovation to Fire Station Building 332

This project consisted of demolition and removal and new construction components. The demolition and removal projects included: concrete slab-on-grade, concrete and masonry loading-bearing walls, and metal (or wood) stud walls with veneer finish (gypsum board, paneling, etc.) The new construction projects included: concrete, slab-on-grade, structural steel framing for new mezzanine (including metal deck and light-weight concrete topping), and structural steel seismic bracing anchored to new cast-in-place concrete foundation.

Fort Jackson, Base-wide Repair to Relocatables

Four Tribes was responsible for repairs to various prefabricated buildings throughout the Ft. Jackson installation in Columbia, SC. The work included repairs to walls, ceilings, flooring, doors, windows, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, domestic water, sanitary, sewer, electrical and lighting distribution systems, as well as, civil and structural repairs.

SCIF Renovation in Building 61801, Ft. Huachuca

Four Tribes was contracted by USACE, Savannah District to perform a complete renovation to the north wing of building 61801 and within that same area to also create a 4,000 sq.ft. SCIF. This two-phase project included major building renovations, and the creation of a secure environment for other parts of the wing. Four Tribes provided demolition, asbestos abatement, interior renovation, walls, ceiling, floors, doors and hardware, mechanical and electrical systems, systems furniture and an audio/visual wall

Demolition of Relocatables Fort Jackson, Phase V, may include Phase VI

Four Tribes conducted the demolition and site restoration of 37 relocatable buildings of various sizes at Ft. Jackson, SC. The demolition included, but was not limited to, the inspection for and the abatement/removal of asbestos containing materials and other regulated materials, disconnect/capping/removal of utilities, disposal of all debris materials, and restoration of the site to include proper grading and positive drainage.

Design-Build Bi-Level Loading Ramps (Various Locations)

Four Tribes provided design and build bi-level loading ramps at five Army Maintenance Support Activities (AMSA) facilities throughout the South East United States for the 81st Regional Support Command Directorate of Logistics (DOL), in up to six locations (with options). The specific requirements included: furnish all labor, material, equipment, incidentals, supervision and transportation for work.
